This One-Hour class is designed for seniors who want to improve their flexibility, balance, and overall
well-being. Our experienced instructors will guide you through a series of gentle yoga poses that
can be performed while seated in a chair.

Get your residents singing songs from pop to Broadway hits to jazz standards! Together
we’ll embrace the joy of music and create a sense of community through song!
This fun and energetic class is designed for seniors who love music and love to sing, regardless
of ability. Our professional singing instructor will lead a fun and easy to follow class utilizing the
piano, printed song sheets and music tracks. Weekly class themes will include: folk, pop/rock,
jazz standards, Broadway hits, church hymns, patriotic hits, etc.
No singing experience is required.
All levels are welcome. Spectators too!
