Cara Cooper is a Broadway veteran, having appeared in 7 shows on the Great White Way, including being the longest running “Mary Delgado” in Jersey Boys. She has also been seen on Law and Order: SVU, FBI, City on a Hill, Adult Beginners and in numerous commercials. A lifelong fitness enthusiast turned personal trainer; she loves sharing her passion for well-being with the senior community. With a focus on fun, she brings high energy and accessible exercises designed to engage, strengthen, and uplift her students—enhancing their quality of life while delivering a natural endorphin boost. Teaching this age group has quickly become her favorite calling, allowing her to foster meaningful movement and connection wherever she goes.
