About Elizabeth
Elizabeth Burshteyn is a professional dancer and educator whose career has taken her from some of the most iconic stages. She spent 11 years as a Rockette at both Radio City Music Hall and the Grand Ole Opry, and has performed at Disneyland, on the Grand Celebration cruise ship, and in numerous musical theater productions nationwide like Catch Me If You Can, The Producers, The Music Man and The Sound of Music. Her television and live performance credits include the Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade, the Tony Awards, Hallmark’s A Holiday Spectacular starring Ann Margret, the Today Show, Live with Kelly and Ryan, NBC’s Rockefeller Center Christmas Tree Lighting, Old Navy Commercial featuring Amanda Kloots, and Mariah Carey's Christmas special Merry Christmas to All! at Madison Square Garden.

She holds a M.A. in Communications and a B.A. in Elementary Education from Grand Canyon University and has a long‑standing passion for teaching and working with people of all ages. In addition to her artistic career, she currently serves as an HR Manager for TrueMed Home Health, where she supports caregivers and clients with compassion and care. Her combined experience in performance, education, and healthcare naturally led her to Golden Groove, where she brings joy, movement, and meaningful engagement to seniors in Assisted Living, Nursing Homes, and Memory Care communities. She is a current resident of Weehawken, NJ with her husband and fellow Golden Grooves instructor, Nikita Burshteyn, and their Siberian kitty, Iris.
